RaffLes PLace

On Sunday evening, Jaz rang me on my mobiLe and offered me a LeafLet handLing job for Monday and Tuesday, and fortunateLy things went pretty weLL, with me pocketing an attractive ten bucks per hour for four hours a day, totaLLing eighty at the end of Tuesday.

However Monday was not dat cooL .. I was supposedLy to be @ RaffLes PLace by eight, but I took my own sweet time at home and onLy went down at eLeven instead. The organiser-in-charge, DanieL, was undoubtedLy cross, yet everything went fine, but I feLt bad about Jaz's "credibiLity" to DanieL but she was cooL too.

Da two-day event was part of Mediacorp's promotion of their newLy Launched magazine, FAMILY, and I was to give out LeafLets to the LifeLess peeps around RaffLes PLace. At noon, when da crowd fLow was highest due to Lunchbreak, most of da OLs (FYI, itz Office Ladies) acted damn dao .. most simpLy waLked past without even taking a first Look at u! WTH .. tinking they are some kind of Diva or ceLebrity. WeLL, the so-caLLed more matured women (aunties) were much nicer, some even said a word of thanks for giving them da LeafLet. Men were cooL too, even those who rejected my LeafLets wud smiLe saying No thanks. Damned OLs aka pinochios ..

I gotta know five other dudes in da same Line as me and they were cooL as weLL! But I stiLL hate da OLs .. wait tiL I cLimb up da LeveLs and make them Lick my boots one day ..
